Group Residential Housing South-West is approved by leaders of the provinxe for the detailed construction planning, ratio 1/500 (Decision No 389/QD-UBND dated 16 March 2012 of Chairman of Phu Yen People's Committee).


- East: KDC planned internal road.

- West: KDC planned internal road.

- South: communal roads to Bai Nom.

- North: KDC planned internal road.

Investor: Phu Yen Economic Zone Authority.

Area:  8,40 ha, located in the plot CC18, LX1, LX2, CC27 and CC28 (according to the project for construction plan details, rate 1/2000, is approved by Decision No 1709 /  dated 01 July 2004 (Residential service Song Cau North-East Industrial Zone).

Project objectives: As the existing residential neighborhood, the urbanization in the direction of one of the planned housing areas (in units of residential area south-west of the residential service Song Cau North-East industrial zone ); having infrastructure facilities sync.

Organization and planning space - architecture:

- Embellish the garden area, the villa is controlled setback, creating green space on site.

- Townhouses controlled height each floor, construction boundaries and reach the balcony, ensuring space route to homogeneous .

- The public works positions arranged for vision, aligned with the major axes transport, space accentuated residential landscaping, convenient catering to use.
